shower head holder

Im looking for the above & found it on your website...part no Deva Kit K2 Slider 45-001. However it's discontinued. Do you know of the replacement?

Unfortunately I don't know the Diameter of the riser If you can measure that then follow the link below to the universal brackets you should be able to find a sliding bracket that fits.
