This question is regarding Deva Thermostatic Cartridge to Suit DYN204 Bar Mixer

FITTING DYN204 THERMOSTATIC CARTRIDGE

We have 2 DYN204 showers and no hot water is getting through to either of them.

The Mixer bar is stuck on both showers so we cannot undo them to see what the problem is or to replace thermostats.

how can we free up the joints to replace cartridge?

I am not sure which parts it is that you can’t un do however the cartridge is held in place by a grub screw which needs to be removed be fore the cartridge will come out.


If this isn’t the part that is causing you a problem can you send us a couple of photos of the problem and we will see if we can help.
