This question is regarding Deva Vision cartridge - (To Suit VSNVCONT04)

can I get a cartridge replacement that will deliver hot water greater than 42 degrees. currently this is the highest temperature we can get from the shower.

This cartridge should be able to deliver more than 42 degrees.

It is possible that this could have been set not to deliver more than 42 degrees.

To change the temperature if this is the problem, turn the temperature knob to maximum, remove the knob then turn it back say 10 degrees and refit it this should allow to turn it round a little further therefore increasing the temperature.

The other problem is if you have uneven pressures for example higher pressure in the cold this will override the hot and the other thing is it could just be a faulty cartridge.
