Not heating

I have audial heat DH12C and it has stopped heating the water, can anyone help me get this thing to work?

It is difficult to diagnose a fault on these without seeing the unit, however is there power arriving at the PCB ? if there is, is there power going to the elements ?

If there is power getting to the board and nothing to the elements then it is likely to be a faulty PCB
