Dimplex Ax3

Hi, My shower has suddenly stopped 'Turning off' When I press the stop button nothing seems to happen, which made me think this wasn't making contact..so I turned off at the pull chord, now no lights on but water still running through! Had to turn the water isolation valve off to stop the flow of water! So I'm thinking new Solenoid? And better chuck a new stop button in for good measure? Advice gratefully received then please point me to the right part ...ta!

Normal advice below.

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

So I guess you need a new solenoid valve and I don't think you need an on off switch
