Itdepends on exactly where it is leaking from but yes it could very well be thePressure Relief Device.
Switch the power off remove the cover and dry it out carefully(Use something like toilet roil that is absorbent) refit the cover and switchon for a few seconds, switch off remove the cover and have another look, youmay have to repeat this several times to be able to trace the leak.
