This question is regarding EuroShowers Plastic Gliders and Shower Curtain Hooks, Pack of 24 (White)

Do these work in a rail where the slot is in the side not the bottom as pic shows?

I have a rail with a slot in the side (B and Q 4 way shower rail ) not the bottom of it- do these gliders still work?

I don’t know for sure but I think they would tend to jamb if they were on their side.
