water leaking from pressure release valve

Hello When the water is turned on, water leaks out from inside/behind the unit. On the outlet pipe (part 1) there is a I believe, a pressure relief valve, which is where the water is coming from. If i remove the shower head, the water comes out of the hose as normal. Is this a fault of the shower head? If so, I cant load the page for the shower head, so it maybe discontinued. Is there a suggested replacement?

Yes the head seems to be the problem. You will need to replace the prd and the head.
