Gainsborough 10.5 SCL replacement shower Head

I have the dull crome shower from yourselves and the shower head is coming out at all directions, I have done it with limescale but it doesnt help much. I dont seem to be able to find the little gadget that undoes the front from the back to clean, I assume there was one as the shower head has groves to fit one. do you sell these before I order a new shower head.

Unfortunately Gainsborough dont supply the a shower head key and new shower head is needed now, these heads are made as a rub clean head so you dont need to take them apart, The problem yoy have is that if you change your shower head for a universal head or one form anther manufacturer then the shower will fails its operation and activate the PRD outlet pipe which will cost you more money.
