Replacement for a Gainsborough 10.5 Deluxe

Is the Gainsborough 10.5 SE a direct replacement for the 10.5 Deluxe - ie are the plumbing and electrics in the same place, and does the case cover the same wall area as the Deluxe? If not, can you suggest an alternative as the 10.5 Deluxe engine replacement seems no longer available? Maybe I can just use the engine in the SE to replace the one in the Deluxe? Thanks
