gainsborough 8.5 ES

When the shower is switched on the water is now coming out of the overflow on the outlet pipe( item 1 in spare parts section). I have checked and there is no blockage and the seal in the pipe is fine.the water travels out of the small 'T' section in the outlet pipe. Can you recommend any cure for this as the water pressure in the shower is now very poor?

Many thanks Keith

Hi There,

You will need to replace item no 1 the outlet pipe from the link provided - http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-spares/gainsborough/GNS-PARENT-2-Gainsborough-8-5ES

Please make sure your shower head is not block and your hose is not kinked or collapsed in the inner tube as thei will cause the PRD to blow again. Also this can be caused if you have changed the hose or head in the past to another manufacturers item.
