Will this directly replace an Aqualisa Quartz 9.5kw electric shower with out any alteration?

No as the , www.showerdoc.com/gainsborough-9-5-cse-shower-spares has a push connection and the www.showerdoc.com/aqualisa-quartz-electric has a brass compression fitting.
