Gainsborough no heat

pull cord or string for power to shower // press shower on button water comes out but no heat water still cold ??? /// when string or cord pulled light indicates power on. shower approx 4 years old

Sounds like a faulty TCO with the Gainsborough this comes as part of the engine so you will have to replace the engine.
