This question is regarding Gainsborough 9.5 Delux - Shower Spares

no flow

on pressing the on button the flow to the shower head is very poor.the heat side is working,rotating the knob to full cold still poor flow.checked head ok,removed flexi pipe and switched on,still poor out feed.is there an internal filter?help please

You need to check that there is a good ( 1bar ) feed coming into the shower, and if so then you have a faulty engine that will need replaced.
