How do you replace the PRD ?

How do you replace the outlet pipe/PRD on this model please ?

The rear screw is completely inaccessible, even if you remove the shower unit from the wall.

You can remove it, but you need an extra long, very small, Phillips or a Pozidrive screwdriver
