Gainsborough Ambassador shower

Hello,

we have a mains fed shower and this morning there is suddenly only a trickle of cold water yet normal pressure on the hot, shower is old we have only just bought the property, any ideas what could be the problem?

You may have a faulty cartridge or the flow restricter in the cold elbow maybe blocked.
