Hot water incoming pipe leaking

The hot water incoming pipe seems to be leaking allowing water back in to the wall as well as down the tiles in front. Can this hose be better sealed/secured? Seems like it should just push in but this doesn't seem to be providing a seal.

If you remove the screw fittings and add a piece of PTFE tape to the thread it may stop the leak. But check that the elbow or the body are not damaged first.

Shower is Gainsborough thermostatic ambassador shower I belive. The incoming pipes from wall to unit are plastic and just push in, no thread no washers just insert. With this in mind can you offer any further advice?

See mixer showers on this link.

All the diagrams show compression fittings for this shower elbow to body.

If you have something different you will need to send us a couple of pictures so we can identify the correct parts.
