What cartridge to buy

I have had this shower fitted since 2002. It has always been supplied by the same combi boiler. The fitted cartridge colour is grey. As this is the original installation I believe the shower will also have been fitted with the cold water inlet restrictor supplied with it. This being the case should I replace the cartridge with another grey one or should I now use a pink one. If so should I leave the cold water restrictor in place as it would not be easy to get at it to remove it. I am tempted to replace the grey one with another grey one as this lasted for 13 yrs. Thanks for your advice.

We have found that a grey cartridge is suitable to use with some boilers, so a like for like swap maybe the best answer. The is another area where , if it works dont fix it applies.
