This question is regarding Gainsborough Emerald II - Shower Spares

No hot water

The pump light is not on and have no hot water even when the dial is turned on the hot setting. In my other emerald shower it is making a lot of noise when the shower is running, like it is over working.

I think that the motor and pump unit has reached the end of it's useful life, unfortunately this part is now obsolete.
