Gainsborough energy 2000x

I have a Gainsborough 2000x 9.5KW shower, it started cutting out, tripping the CB instantly. I can get it to run normally for about 7 minutes before this happens, on medium and high. The CB (32A) is getting very hot and I am running 6mm2 cable. I removed the Circuit breaker to find the screw loose and the cable burnt up, I have re terminated, however, the fault is still occurring. I have checked the resistance on each heater, it is reading 12 and 20 ohms. I think the CB rating is correct, however, wonder if it is damaged due to the loose wire?...please advise.

YourCB is to small you needs a 40amp breaker
