Gainsborough Energy 2000x cold water leaking from bottom of unit

Hi Team, My Gainsborough Energy 2000x is leaking cold water from the bottom of the unit. From what I can see online, water leaking is usually an issue with the Pressure Relief Device, however as it is relieving pressure from the hot water tank, I was expecting hot water not cold. Can you confirm if this is just a PRD issue, or some other issue?

I think that the only way to be sure of this is isolate the power from the shower remove the front cover and have a look.
