Gainsborough Energy 2000X shower

Cold water dripping out of bottom of box when shower in use . Shower working OK but worried about water coming through bottom of casing?

You should not use the shower if there is water coming out of the body, and you need to find exactly where it is coming from in order to get the correct part.
