Gainsborough Impulse 9.5 leaking

Hello,

Our shower - Gainsborough Impulse 9.5kw - is leaking from the bottom. I've taken the front off to have a look, but I'm not an expert and couldn't see anything that looked odd except for dripping from the Water Control Valve.

I've had a look at your troubleshooting page and I think that I need the Pressure Relief Device.

This looks a bit scary to fit. Can I do it myself do you think? Does it come with instructions? and do you think it's the right thing and I should get that, or do you think it could possibly be something else?

Thanks,

Amy

From your description would think you need a new flow control valve which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below. It is fairly straightforward to fit and once you have it it should be obvious what is required.
