Spare part

I have a support 1200 in the.spare bathroom. It's been used 10 times approx but there is a leak from the plastic piece that fits on to the hose inside the unit which connects to the shower head. Can this piece be bought as a spare

I am afraid that pretty much all the spares for this are now obsolete.
