Gainsborough royale ? thermostat

My shower was fitted about ten years ago. The water temperature has progressively become colder and colder. I have adjusted the tiny screw behind the larger screw to its maximum anticlockwise position and the water is still cold and now unuseable. Does this mean the thermostat needs replacing or just stripping down and servicing. If thermostat needs replacing

where can I get one and how much will it cost.

Yes a strip down clean lube and a service kit should do thejob.

This service kit is now not an exact match for your valve astwo of the seals for your valve are now obsolete, however this will serviceyour shower.

Below is the internal view of the slightly newer version yourvalve as virtually all the parts are the same it should help when servicing.
