Water too hot.

We have 4 sv800 showers in our flats and all are unusable at the moment as the water is too hot even though the temp is turned right down on cold.Have checked water pressure and the valve is fully open. All showers go down to dribble if turned all the way to hot and we get a good flow when turned back to cold. The temp reduce light comes on when turn shower on but goes straight off again. This is the only thing I can see wrong. It defies logic that all 4 are unusable for the same reason.Obviously the water into the flats will be warmer because of the recent weather but not that hot surely?? I cant see any logical answer !!! Hopefully you might have seen this before and will know the answer!! Many thanks

If all 4 are the same then it can only be the flow rate or the pressure that is causing the fault. There should be a minimum of 1 bar dynamic at the shower and a flow rate of 6-8ltr a minute.
