Gainsborough Energy 2000x
I can't switch the shower off. It stays on unless I turn off the main switch off at the wall. When I turn the High/Med/Low/Off switch it just turns but does not click into place. Please can you tell me which part to buy- I think it's the Switch Pressure Selector but am not sure. Thanks a lot.
The knob may be broken to the power selector. I would check this first as these sometimes split.
