This question is regarding Gainsborough Valve Control Flow - 95605610

Gainsborough RE600

My mother inlaw has one of these showers and lately it is leaking, I have looked at it and it look like the Valve control flow is not shutting off and also when the case is on, whne you are trying to stop the water it clicks like is is missing the teeth

Check the alignment pin on the inside of the cover is not broken  and check the gear wheel is ok . If theyb are ok thenit is the flow valve at fault.
