Direct replacement

Hi bought a replacement Galaxy Flow Valve Top Assy - SG08086 which was leaking, from you about two months ago and fitted the part, the shower worked fine for about a month or so then the water pressure dropped and does not have enough pressure to actuate the pressure switch, if I kink the rubber pipe for a split second the pressure switch turns the neon light on and works fine but is very low pressure, if I turn the top selector switch to the hottest section the light goes out and if I kink the pipe again it comes on but is too hot, I have done the test for water pressure as recommended by the water board which is fine. I have two questions, any idea as to what it might be causing the low pressure? and two, do you still sell this exact model, I have noticed a similar 7.5 kw model that you sell, are the water and electrical connections in exactly the same place as the model I have? Thanks
