galaxy 3000 leaking heater tank

After replacing the flow valve assembly, I switched the shower back on and water squirted from the top of the heater tank, you can see the elements move upwards and the tank clamp opens up.

Check that the tank clamp is not cracked , as this seems to be the case.

The tank and elements are sometimes hard to fit together and the use of some grease on the "O" ring may help.
