no power, no water

whilst in the shower it just went off, no power or water,its not auto resetting, and its not tripping the rcd power supply, also there is no light up on switch on.the shower was purchased in November 2011. Please help,

Check there is a minimum of 230volts at the connector block in the shower, if not then the isolation switch has gone high resistence and needs replaced.
If power ok then it is most linkely to be the solenoid coil at fault. If you click on the link below it will take yoy to a video clip showing how to test and if requied change it. The coil can be ordered online via the same link.
