Tripping RCB

After being used for over 20 minutes the shower trips the RCB. After resetting the RCB the shower works fine. This is one I bought from you a few years ago to replace one that I'd had to replace one of the elements on and never really got hot enough after

I think your Circuit Breaker could be at fault, first make sure that it is the correct size for the output of the shower if it is not then up grade it even if it is the correct size it probably needs replaced.
