faulty shower aqua 3000 10 .5kw

this shower has worked fine for two years and now heats up until the thearmal cut out comes in and re engages when it is cool enough i have checked the flow wich i think is sufficent could you please give me the part that incorperates the reguar thermostate or any adviceyou can give me.....thanks mark

If it is not overheating when the thermal cut out operates then it is the TCO which needs to be replaced , it can be ordered online by clicking on this link.

If it is overheating then;
Check that shower hose is not kinked oor collapsed internally and the head is clear.
Check that incoming water mains stopcock and any isolation valve in feed to the shower are fully open.
Check the gauze filter in the inlet to the solenoid valve is clear.
If all above are ok then it is likely to be the flow valve at fault , repair kit can be ordered online by clicking on this link.
