Galaxy Aqua 3000

Shower has been installed by a professional and has been working fine, however it has now developed a fault. Pull cord activates the power and red light comes on. No red lights on shower or water pressure. When you turn the 'On' button on the shower, the Red light goes off on the pull cord. Any advice warmly received.

I think you have a faulty pull cord switch.
