Galaxy Aqua 3000si leak

Hi Guys. Can you please help. My Galaxy Aqua shower is leaking. On occasion the leak stops but when I move the controls (change the heat) the leak starts again. When I take a look it seems the leak is coming directly from the flow valve assembly (option 7 on the spare parts diagram). I have read that other customer have had similar issues but the leak was caused by the pressure relief device (option 6 o the spare parts diagram. I just wanted your advise is possible as to what I need to do. Is this something you have come across? I wasn't sure whether I need to order just the flow valve assembly or both as the concern may be originating from the pressure relief device causing the leak. Also, how easy is it to replace both parts.

In your case almost certainly the flow valve assembly.

If it is the pressure relief device it tends to be very obvious.
