This question is regarding Galaxy Aqua 3XL Handwash - Spare Parts

On off knob

The knob is very stiff to operate and as a result the heater has been left running on several occasions

By I assume elderly persons unable to turn it fully off.

Is there anything that can be done to correct this?.

This is this 2nd one we have used. And it is broken. It's so stiff and difficult to turn off. Water just drips of it. In an attempt to tighten it breaks. We are looking to purchase the third knob.
