Powering off after 10 secs

Hi I've read here that this problem could be the solenoid or the PCB. My solenoid is reading 3.5 kohms when isolated from the supply. Should I be measuring it when it's powered up too? I want to diagnose the problem best I can as I'll be ordering parts for delivery to Ireland. Thanks

You really need to test the solenoid with in 20 to 30 sec of it failing as soon as it starts to cool it can regain it's resistance.

My other thought is if you are not sure you could just fit a coil to check it, It is a lot cheaper than a PCB
