Faulty PCB?

Motor/pump runs, but flow is modest. Can change demand temperature with handset and the indication goes from L through to H, but no sign of stepper motor movement. Changing the flow rate does not cause the indicated flow to change on the handset and the motor speed remains constant.

You may have a faulty PCB in the processor or a faulty hand set. Substitution is the only way to test this.
