Galaxy Aqua Premiere

Hello - we rent a property which has a Galaxy Aqua Premier installed to feed the kitchen sink and bathroom washbasin. Frequently, on turning on the water, there is a long delay before the heater element switches on and begins to heat the water. It can then switch from hot to cold several times or can just run cold for what seems ages before coming warm again. Sometimes it will run warm for a while and then suddenly the flow will reduce and the water becomes scalding hot, which is dangerous. All of this occurs without any other water being drawn at any other outlets in the house. Can you suggest what the problem is here please. Thank you. Antoinette.

The things to check first are:

1 That the main valve coming into your house is fully open.

2 Then check that the valve on the line to the unit is fully open.

Make sure that the outlet is clean and clear,

The other possibility is a faulty flow/stabilizer valve not allowing the correct amount of water into the shower.

There is a link below that explains the above.
