Galaxy water heater work occasionally

I believe I have this water heater, installed a few years ago ( it is this shap anyway ) It was fitted to feed a mixer tap, worked fine, now doesn't kick in hot when you move the mixer to hot. First couple of times, kept putting it to cold and then hot quickly and it worked but not so much now. Flow control switch ?

It could be the flow control switch especially if you havelow pressure, the other thing could be a faulty Thermal cut out if it isworking properly then it should have continuity across both terminals.

When I turned My galaxy aqua premier it is got very hot and with in a second blown the pipe away . What can be wrong with this machine
