Which part is faulty

It's fine to turn water tap on, the light is on, and the water is hot. The problem is when you turn the water tap off, the light is still on. After about 10 seconds, you hear some noise inside and it cuts off. By pressing the reset button, it works again, then the same problem happens again.

One of the micro switches is faulty / stuck in the on position and this is keeping the element energised all the time.

Switch off at the isolator when the shower is not in use until this is fixed.

It is possible that you may have to replace the complete flow switch assembly.
