Boss B850s -

No response to start/stop button. Power indicator light not illuminating. LED on pull cord illuminates ok, RCB not tripped. Any clues? What to test for?

First test that you are getting 230-240v in the shower.

The LED on pull cord illuminates with very low power and the switch may be faulty.
