Water leaking from around the element clamp

Water is leaking from around the element clamp of my Galaxy Aqua 3000 - is it likely that the seal at the top of the tank has gone. Do I need to replace this part?

Unusual place for a leak, however replacing the can shouldsolve the problem.

Just switch the power off and have a close examination ogthe can and clamp just to double check that, that is where the leak is coming from.
