large control knob

I have had my shower for about 3 years. I had to replace the large control knob after just one year. I found it very difficult to turn off and in the end the it broke. I replaced this but I find once again it has broken because the knob does not seem able to turn the 'spindle' because it is two stiff. I would say this is a design fault. I am just about to replace it once again. I also have to pay for the small knob which is part of the package and which I do not need.

You should pass your comments on to the manufacturer as we have also done.

We cannot source these items from anywhere else , so we are stuck as well. Sorry. I wish we could help.
