Unit in guest room not used a lot.but been fine,Guest used it and said it would not keep running (prob ignored instructions) He managed shower by repeat press of start and getting short flow of hot water.Me-thinks he has knackered something,I have tried normal start procedure but "valve" wont stay in.Can you advise Thanks Alan

Its either a faulty on/off switch or the solenoid.
