galaxy G1000lx pumped shower less than a year old you can set the temp just right get in the shower and then half way through without touching anything the water comes through boiling what is the fault.

My first two thoughts are is it connected to a low pressure water supply (Not a combi boiler) and double check that it has been connected the correct way round, hot to hot cold to cold.

It may be worth checking to make sure that the filters are clear.
