If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

What do you mean by the main isolator? When u turn shower of on the unit it keeps running but on the main switch in the bedroom it stops. If it is a problem with the on/off switch or PCB how would I know? Thanks

In this case it is the one in your bedroom. It would appear you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on. Replacing these is the only way to check which is faulty.
