Water leaking when shower is not in use

Hi My Galaxy X2000 LX is leaking even when the shower is not in use. Please can you let me know what I need to do to resolve this. Thanks very much Sheena

It could be leaking from a few places so you will have to remove the front cover (Switching the power off first) and have a look inside if there is nothing obvious take a few photos and send them to us and we will try to spot the problem.

Thanks, I will do that and send you the photos. Do I have to turn off the water also, before removing the front cover?

It is safe to remove the front cover all you have to do is make sure that the power is switched off.
