Fault with unit

I have galaxy g7000 installed at my place. The problem is that unit cannot be turned off using the power knob though it seems to be working fine i.e the power gets turned on from the same knob i.e. the upper knob.

I can't figure out what part needs replacing because of this the water have to be turned off at the stop cork.

Kindly help as to which part could be faulty and needs replacing.

Try removing the front cover, making sure the power is turned off and try turning off the water flow using pliers or Molegrip. Then, afer setting the dial to the "off" position, carefullt replace the cover and try again.
