galaxy g7000 keeps flowing water

Just bought a Galaxy G7000 shower, but when water is restored at main water will continiously come out of the hose, despite what settings the controls are on. Galaxy think the flow valve needs adjusting. What can I do?

It may be a faulty flow valve or it is misaligned.

To check if it is misaligned switch the power off remove the cover  and using a pair of grips attempt to turn off the at the flow valve be very careful not to damage the flow valve.

If the water turns off then set the knob on the cover to stop and refit the cover, if the water doesn’t turn off then it is most likely you have a faulty flow valve, as the unit will still be under guarantee get in touch with Galaxy.
